Environmental Impact

IBC Acquisitions, Inc. has recognized Environmental Management as the highest priority and a key determination to sustainable development.  Policies, programs and practices are an essential element of all levels of management and their functions.  A continued improvement is a commitment of all our managers.

This is accomplished through educating, training, and motivating our employees in their activities in an environmentally responsible manner.  Prior assessment of environmental impacts before starting new activities or projects and before decommissioning a facility or leaving a site is standard procedure at IBC Acquisitions, Inc.  We are committed to develop, design and operate facilities and conduct activities taking into consideration the efficient use of energy and materials, the sustainable use of renewable resources, the minimization of adverse environmental impacts of waste generation, and the safe and responsible disposal of residual waste.

Plant Inspections / Audits

Many of our customers have already been through our facility. IBC Acquisitions welcomes and even encourages plant inspections from our customers. We are proud of our efforts to be a "green" company and will gladly invite any customer to a audit our facility and procedures. All we ask is the customer schedule a plant inspection in advance. It is very difficult to pull the necessary personnel away from their normal duties, to accommodate a drop-in audit.

RIPA promotes the safe, efficient and environmentally responsible design, manufacturing, collection, reconditioning, remanufacturing and reuse of reusable industrial packaging, including preparation for recycling at the end of its useful life.
